This episode is a continuation of X’ing out fear and managing your mindset. Fear can come to us in many ways. it does not have to be fear of eiders or some big, vicious animal or getting on an airplane fear can present itself as worry over a child a parent a situation on the job of which you do not know the outcome, nor can you control it. The fear comes from your thoughts about these particular people or situations. If you have thoughts that something is going to happen to a person if they don’t do Y or Z, or if you worry so much that it prevents you from making a decision for fear of the outcome, then you really are limiting yourself from experiencing the freedom to just live life. You really do have the power to live in peace, and in joy. You can choose happiness. You just have to train your mindset.
